All keys are stored only in your browser's localStorage. They are never sent to any server.

Groq API Keys

Used for AI question generation and answer evaluation. Multiple keys are rotated round-robin for higher throughput.

Gemini API Keys (fallback)

Used when all Groq keys are rate-limited. Gemini 3.5 Flash Lite is the fallback model.

Deepgram API Key

Powers voice-to-text (Nova-2 STT) when you speak your answers, and text-to-speech (Aura-asteria-en TTS) for the interviewer's voice. Without this key, the app falls back to browser TTS and text-only input.

Default input mode

Choose whether the interview starts in voice mode (microphone) or text mode. You can toggle this during the interview too.

Groq and Gemini have free tiers. Deepgram offers $200 in free credits.
